Who I am
I am currently the Chef Culinary Director for Pelham High School’s Hospitality & Tourism program. One of my proudest accomplishments has been becoming a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier in 2023. I also take great pride in hosting my monthly Supper Club with wine pairings and in creating local events, cooking classes, and catering experiences—my true passion.
Before my current role, I spent 12 years at Publix Aprons Cooking School, where I taught cooking to the public and worked my way up from Sous Chef to Senior Managing Chef, overseeing operations. My training in Boston, Denver, and Orlando shaped much of who I am as a chef, and I’m forever grateful to the many talented chefs who guided and inspired me along the way.
I specialize in creating interactive dinners that bring people together to cook, eat, and learn—because for me, food is about connection, creativity, and shared experience.
